Big Brother house, this is Porsche. Aisleyne, and April, the lines have closed, the votes have been counted and verified, and I can now reveal the winner of BBPearl! Remember, it takes four votes to win! The first vote, cast by James, goes to... I found this decision extremely difficult to make, but I have to go with my instincts. The times in this game, I didn't go with my gut were the times that I ultimately failed in my decision making. That being said.
*inserts key in box* Aisleyne, you're lucky this is a game, and not a popularity contest.

The second vote, cast by Dino goes to... Nothing is going to change my mind. I know Aisleyne played the better game, and even if he didn't, I've met a great friend in him and wouldn't wish ill will upon him ever. He worked hard and deserves this win.
I vote for Aisleyne.

The third vote, cast by Sarah goes to... Reason: The reason I vote for April is as follows: I think both you ladies played an incredible game, and I think Aisleyne definitely had the physical game down pat, as well as the social/strategic. The difference for me here is that I feel like, as good as Aisleyne was, maybe even better in some aspects, April did a great job of downplaying who she was truly loyal to and to what extent she was loyal to people. We knew about her connection to Aaron and Ragan, but not how good her connections to Drew/etc. were. I like that secretive, sly gameplay just a touch more than Aisleyne's "In-Your-Face" gameplay. I love both of you as people, so this was a hard choice. Good luck to both of you.

The fourth vote, cast by Michelle goes to... Wow, coming into this vote I had no idea who I was going to vote for to win the game. After reading their responses I feel as though it's clear to me.
I feel like Aisleyne is almost trying to play the victim with her "I was public enemy #1, everyone was after me," yada yada bitch blah blegh. Then she mentions that her strategy was to go all out competition wise and that her social game was good (when it was 'meh' at best) considering all the people that were pissed at her (James, Aaron, April, who the hell knows who else). I feel that if she had branched out to people, oh, say, ME, just for example, she would have had a lot more support than she did, as it happens, she didn't. I'm not saying it would have made a huge difference, but I think I counted more than being the "nice girl with no enemies".
On the other hand, I feel as though April has been thinking that she has this game in the bag based on who is on the jury and because she's against Ais, who a lot of the jury has disliked. Unfortunately for April, she's been mentioning a lot of the same moves that she made with me and is taking more credit for them than she really deserves. She's been bitchy toward certain jury members and for the love of Pokemon, is she not capable of typing out more than one answer? I feel like April, as a player, was lacking my social game but had a better challenge record, at least for HOH and Veto. Everybody knows I owned those Have/Have Not Competitions and they were clearly the most important ones.
Anyway, based on overall game play and jury articulation, I'm going to be giving my vote to win to.....
AISLEYNE
She may have played up her being public enemy #1 to a nauseating degree but you can't take away the fact that, while April didn't need to fight for her life, Aisleyne did, AND she also took fate into her own hands at one point, and that cannot be over looked. I also really appreciated the music video she chose for me and that she actually did know a little bit about me and got the facts straight as well as put her own spin on how she perceived me in the game. So congrats Aisleyne! I hope you win it!

The sixth vote, cast by Brian goes to... I'm changing my vote is because I like April better, and I read too much into the bullying thing, which may or may not be fabricated, so the only fair thing to do is discard the whole incident, and look only at the game and the startegy, and that has to change my answer.
I vote for Aisleyne to win $500,000
Reasoning: Aisleyne, you are a fierce competitor. Even as a threat you escaped nomination by everyone who wanted you out. You took your nominations into your own hands, a risky move, but the allowance of two extra nominees was smart, and you pulled it off. Although I admire April's social game better. yours wasn't as bad as it looks. Your biggest ally quit the game, and you pulled through. You won the F4 and Final HoH. You got people to keep you safe when obviously, by where you're standing, they needed you gone. You survived what many others couldn't, and that's impressive.

This is it. The winner of BBPearl will be determined by Drew's vote! The final vote, cast by Drew, goes to... The WINNER of Big Brother Pearl... Congratulations, Aisleyne!By a vote of 4 to 3, you are the winner of BBPearl! This is a really difficult vote for me because I actually want to vote for both of the finalists to win. From a personal bond standpoint, I was extremely close to both of them at different points in the game. Both were loyal to me at points yet admitted that they would turn on me at other points to further their game. I'm not going to vote bitter and don't want to factor in the fact that Aisleyne took me out because it made sense since I was against her and could have beat her. It was justified.
From a strategic perspective, April was comfortable for almost the entire game as she was aligned with bigger threats like me and Aaron who went before her when her alliance wasn't in power. On the other hand, Aisleyne was one of the biggest threats who made it to the end through a combination of social game, challenges, and strategy. Much more so than even me, Aisleyne really WORKED for those wins, too. She prepared for the end-game trivia competitions where she dominated. And when she didn't win during the fast-forward round, she stayed off the block in one of the most WTF moments of the entire game.
April was a person who I consider a close friend who played a great game and would be a good winner, but I think Aisleyne worked harder to overcome more odds to get where she is. Therefore, I vote for Aisleyne to win Big Brother Pearl!
