Day 1

Alright cool, so here I am in the Big Brother Pearl house. I'm really excited because I love pearls so this works for me. I was really excited to meet the people that I would be spending the winter summer with and then I noticed that there weren't really that many of us and I was like, ok well that's awesome, less people I'll have to get through to win...

Then the doorbell rang...

Who should enter? All of these houseguests from the past two seasons. And insert mouth drop. Kinda. Of course there would be a twist like this right off the bat. But these people must be messed in the head if they think they're going to get their chance and do any better than the first time, if they're lucky.

~Flashback~

Porsche: But none of the 18 of you should really get comfortable just yet... That's because you'll soon compete in a "Right to Stay" competition. The five housemates that come in last will have to immediately leave the BBPearl house. Good luck housemates.

My reaction:

Holy crow! I just got here and already I have to fight just to stay in the house. So... yea, wasn't expecting that. Game on to the max Big Brother. Game on to the max.

Were we supposed to have gotten a memo that the world revolves around Emma? Maybe the MAJORITY did choose that time because *gasp* it's what fits best into their schedule. Oh wow, what a concept. Cry me a river, bleach blonde 2.0.

Oh right, I should explain that.

Can I just say that these keys are just adorable. Kinda like me. Ha! So, I think that, you, the viewers, should know a little bit about me, other than what my favorite things are.

Basically, I was drawn to this game because, well, mostly I heard the word pearl and lost all sanity, but another reason; I really think that if I've done enough as far as endurance to stay in the house, I have a great shot at winning this. People aren't going to see me coming.

I'm playing off the dumb adorable blonde who's secretly a complete manipulator without really trying. It's totally fun. Also, I hate the non-word "totes" and think less of urban dictionary for including it, among other words.

Seriously, I hate the word so much that if anyone over uses it in this game... I can't make any promises that I won't hunt them down, cut off all their fingers and seal their mouth shut permanently, thereby rendering typing, sign and vocal speech of the word completely unusable to them for the rest of their lives.

Was that harsh? It seemed harsh?

Ragan's statements, other than the pancake one, kind of makes him crazier than me. Which is saying something considering my earlier post. Being drugged up by a sleeping aid obviously unhinges me

It's pretty clear that I haven't been very social since the three people that nominated me during the HOH all nominated me like one right after the other for the exact same reason. I asked Aisleyne (which, her name is annoying to spell out) if the HOH noms were an indication of who she's going to nominate for real and she was like "no" and I breathed a little and then she asked who I voted to win HOH and I told her the truth.

I vote for Brian because I was bitter. She's all "I don't hold grudges" and I was all "I try not too. haha!"...

So here's to her not putting me up and hopefully she'll put up people who didn't show up for the HOH. That would be ideal. There are like 3 core people outside of myself that I want safe for sure and they are Sarah, Drew and April. Other than that I'll be happy.

I just had the most awkward conversation with a creeper that saw my lifestream status on AIM because I didn't realize that everyone could see them, not just my buddies, which I've now updated. That person is now blocked and I thought about posting the convo but then I was like... not really game related other than I got all nervous because I couldn't find their AIM on the site and was embarrassed because I didn't know who they were and it turns out they weren't even part of the game.

When I say creeper, I am seriously not exaggerating either. Of course this crap would happen to me.

I talked to Drew about it and he thinks it was just some random tool bag that thought he would get lucky online. As if.

So Aisleyne won the veto (yes I copied and pasted her name from an earlier entry because I'm lazy), yay for her. Way to go making yourself a bigger target by sweeping the week. On the upside, she probably won't use the veto and then I really don't care which of the bleach blondes go because I haven't really spoken to either of them.

Dan and Jen are a different story. I've actually gotten to talk with both of them and they're not bad people. I hate that they're both vets. But in terms of who would be a bigger threat, I think Dan would be and I feel like I should squash that now.

Eviction #1

Emma VS Lydia

The pros and cons of keeping Emma. Um... there really aren't any pros. I feel like she's lazy and doesn't really care that much about the game.

The pros and cons of keeping Lydia. The pros would be if she stayed, she would be a great source of target worthy drama and that would hopefully keep me off the block. The pros would be if she did leave and I got caught not voting for her to leave.


In the end, I know our HOH wants Lydia out, but Lydia has actually given thought to actually try and talk to me, if only at the beginning which is more than Emma has.


I vote to evict... Emma.


Goodbyes:

Emma, I feel like you were only playing at half strength and when you and Lydia both did so poorly at the veto, I decided my vote by who had given me the time of day. As a nominee I feel you should have at least tried to talk to me in some form and you didn't. Regardless, good luck in the future.

Lydia, I am actually kind of sad to see you leave. It's really to bad that you were accused of lying and trying to start stuff up because you seemed cool through what little contact we had. Take care and good luck in the future!


Dan VS Jen

The pros and cons of keeping Dan. Dan seemed to be well liked among the vets and he and I sort of connected, so having him around may keep me off the block. Cons would be the same thing, he's popular with the vets and maybe we didn't connect enough, I don't feel I could put as much trust in him at this point.

The pros and cons of keeping Jen. Jen is a monumental sweetheart and I feel like she really got the short end of the stick in her season, plus she seems to be horrible at challenges, which works for me. Cons would be that everything about her is a facade and she's really this super mastermind that is going to control the whole game from the tips of her toenails.


However, if I fit into Jen's plans more than Dan's than I think I have a good shot at staying in the game longer if the vets do end up taking over. Jen and I connected more than I did with Dan and keeping her would most definitely be the more beneficial.

I vote to evict... Dan.
